Q. Do you have a showroom we can visit?
A. No, we bring everything (samples) to you as it is absolutely necessary to see exactly what you have in terms of available space and measurements. We are then able to review your options and offer suggestions based on that criteria.

Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. Absolutely, every product we offer, whether a basic sliding enclosure or a custom frameless heavy glass unit, is backed by a lifetime warranty (excluding abuse) which we back our installation with the same.

Q. Does the product get delivered to my residence prior to the scheduled installation appointment?
A. No, we transport your door/enclosure the day of the scheduled installation appointment.

Q. Do you clean up all trash and debris from the installation of my new shower door?
A. Yes, we totally clean up, vacuum, and haul away all debris created from the installation area.

Q. Do you remove my existing shower door/enclosure?
A. Yes, at the time of the consultation/measurement appointment (if applicable) this service is discussed and the normal procedure is to remove the existing shower enclosure the scheduled installation day. We will haul the existing enclosure away and properly dispose at the appropriate dump site.

Q. Is there a charge for a consultation/measurement trip to our residence to review our options?
A. No, we offer a free estimate which includes the consultation/measurement of your shower opening.

Q. Do you carry the proper insurance including workers compensation?
A. Yes, we carry the proper liability insurance as well as workers compensation insurance for both residential and commercial jobs. Upon request, we can supply you with a copy of our insurance certificates for both liability and workers comp.

Q. Do you subcontract any of your work out to other companies for your installations?
A. No, all of our employees/installers are employeed by us and are covered by our proper insurances. We do not subcontract any of our work out.

Q. Is there a charge for delivery or any special freight charges for special order custom frameless units.
A. No, there is no charge for this service no matter what unit is ordered.
